Catio BigCat Twin Cot is a double hammock for larger cats, designed and tested for outdoor use.It can hold multiple cats of different sizes at once and is great for multicat households.
This double layer giant hammock could be at the end of the cat playground, as cats like solid shelves to jump off of and onto. Also, with multiple cats you don't want anybody to jump on someone who might be sleeping or just relaxing in their hammock.
The construction is sturdy, made out of 18mm thick waterproof birch ply protected with multiple coats of outdoor paints. The arms of the hammock are doubled and reinforced, so it could easily hold 2 or 3 large cats.
It's UV-resistant, durable, and beautiful looking. The fabric is water-resistant and sturdy, and also UV, mold, and water-resistant. It is also machine washable.
Cats instinctively like elevated spaces as that gives them a perfect vantage point. In nature, they love hanging out in high spaces where they can spot danger or spy on their prey. The catio hammock could be your cat's favorite place to enjoy the outdoors. Perfect for sunbathing and for just chilling there, watching the birds and the bees.
If you have an elderly or a less mobile cat, try positioning the hammock on the lower part of the cat's outdoor run and add some kind of climbing structure for easier access. If you need help figuring it out, just give us a shout.
🔨 There are multiple options for mounting. It can be hung on a hard welded mesh construction, on a wall, or on some kind of wooden or metal frame post or horizontal bracket. Mounting hardware will be included in the package. Let us know what type of mount you want us to ship.
