The hay roller is a great encouragement tool for bunnies to eat more hay while keeping them entertained.
You could put hay in it, some greens or treats. We love hiding unsweetened dried cranberries in it as it really gets them going and tossing and rolling the hay roller. It's a great enrichment tool. Keeps their teeth trimmed and clean while giving them something to do.
It will stimulate your bun to forage, play, and eat more hay.
It shouldn't be used as the main hay feeder, as it holds only a small portion.
🌳It is made with our standard birch plywood coated with bunny safe paint, which makes it more durable and the sides aren't enticing to nibble on, as it's really smooth. The dowels are kiln dried pine, spaced out far enough to get to everything while not making too much of a mess.
🔨Glue-free construction, held together by a couple of small screws through the thick base. Built for easy cleaning and maintenance. and comes fully assembled and ready to use.
