I had a special section that required color changes and “special measurements” with some “design” finagling and they were absolutely AMAZING! They even included a special surprise since the project took longer (due to the special design we had to do) and they were above and beyond amazing! Both in customer service AND in artistry! Truly stellar!

It adds so much style and detail to their enclosure area. The item takes time to arrive but it's all part of the process. The owners are super attentive and helpful.

The quality is absolutely awesome! Very well put together and they answered my messages as soon as possible. My bunny loves it, pretty sure she just thinks its a new chew toy though. The box was a little beat up from shipping but it was so well packaged absolutely nothing was damaged. Amazing product
